1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThinkBigFlow (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on the Platform (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant ThinkBigFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators who operate communities on the Platform are responsible for the content they provide to their subscribers. Creators must comply with all applicable laws and must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. ThinkBigFlow reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; or (e) use the Platform to send unsolicited messages or spam.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkBigFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
